Consultation and Initial Visit
After a client reaches out to us, we visit their space and document the specifics of the job, including taking measurements, asking the client their stone preferences, and learning more about how the stone will be used in the space.

Stone Selection
We then invite the client to visit our shop to make their stone selection. If they don’t find what they are looking for in our inventory, we direct them to stone vendors to find a stone slab they love. We will facilitate the purchase, so the entire transaction goes through us. This helps keep the process streamlined, since the client is only working with our team.

Cutting and Polishing
Once the client chooses a slab, we can get to work customizing the stone for the client’s specific needs. This includes picking up the slab from the vendor, bringing it to our shop, and cutting it into the particular shape that works best for the client’s space and vision. After cutting the stone, we polish it so it looks finished and elegant.

Installation
The slab is now ready to be installed. We make sure to schedule the installation for a day that is convenient for our client and works for their timeline. Client satisfaction is a priority for us, and we never consider a job complete until our client is happy. Our expert professionals ensure the stone is installed correctly and sturdily, and that the space looks the way it should.

Inspection
After installation, our team of professionals will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure the marble or granite meets our high standards.
